16 year old cat yowling and disorientated

Last night his breathing was a little noisy. He was eating this morning and tonight he let out 2 yowls and started walking in a crouched postion disorientated. He's on our bed now and was purring when I pet him. Is he dying? Please help.

I am sorry but the only thing you can do is to get him to a vets a soon as you can.

there is no way of telling what the problem is but it does sound severe and may be able to be treated.
