Tiny cat Felix Such a samll cat

My son and I found Felix and his siblings in our barn.. Mommy cat had moved them into one of our horses stalls and as I was letting my 16 he thoroughbred in for his dinner I herd the meowing. They were smack dab in the middle of his stall.. I moved the kittens to another area in the barn( no other options) mom was happy and content with her new nest and cared for the kittens for three days. My son and I were away for the night when we arrived home we went to check them, they were wet, frozen, and dead all but 2. We carried them to the house and warmed towels in the dryer and slowly brought there temps up, both survived the night. Sadly we lost the little girl later that morning.. My 6 year old son found the little girl and came and said "mommy? God called the little girl home"...
Felix?s continued to thrive (eating every few hrs) he attended our family Thanksgiving and went everywhere with us for five weeks.. I was not in the position to take on the responsibility of shots neutering est. we tried to find Felix a home.. There was not a suitable one truly we were healthier and happier because of him and the thought of not having him in our lives was painful.. Christmas eve my grandmother sitting beside me said she had a gift for us, that gift was Felix. She would pay for all his vet care, litter and food. The tears of joy were a flowing.. Felix is strong and our little baby... he still drinks a baba with watered down Soya milk which is what we used when we first found them.. HE is adorable and has given both of us much joy and comfort at this very difficult time in our lives...a year ago we lost everything we had ever known. we may have saved Felix but truly he has saved us...

What a beautiful story and another example of how giving to others, even helpless animals, always returns blessings to us.
