about my 5 month old kitten

why wont my 5 month old cat eat or drink out of the blue? hes looking weak. we just got him a 7 week old kitten as a friend and a week later hes acting this way? what could be wrong?

My advice would be to get him to the vets as soon as possible. Kittens can get sick very quickly and easiliy at this age and the only way to care for them would be to seek some professional medical advice.
When a cat stops eating and drinking you know something is wrong and you should find out exactly what it is , theres no point trying to guess.
