i am not a vet so cannot give a diagnosis. All I can say is that if this persists then take her to the vet as soon as possible.
It may just have been that she was constipated and as it passed she also passed some of the fluid that the body produces ( a little like mucus). , this would be normal.
However if she has an infection then that could have what the white stuff was. As I say keep an eye on her and if you notice any more symptoms then a trip to the vet will be required.
