Ca looses use of back legs

by Carver

ten year old cat looses control of back legs and crys terribly, in pain. She runs outside and comes in twelve hours later fine as if nothing happens and has use of legs. Is she having a heart attack. you should know this has happened three times.

hi
i don't like the sound of this and i wonder if she has a problem with either a trapped nerve or some other physical problem with her spine or legs.

A heart attack would have other symptoms too so i am thinking that it could be a physical problem with her rear end or even possibly a neurological one. In any case she really does need to see a vet about this in there is something that can be done for her and perhaps prevent it from getting worse.

Hope it is something which can be easily treated

best wishes Kate
