Cat becomes fat and aggressive after we get a 12 week old kitten..?

I've recently brought two male kittens into the house and we didn't think to introduce them slowly which we now realize we should have!

We've got two older cats, one called sox hisses at them occasionally but is okay generally, however the other one Lily has reacted quite badly, she used to be quite thin but a healthy thin yet she seems to have put weight on incredibly overnight and is really huge/heavy. She'll still purr and let you fuss her as long as they're not around but i'm worried about the weight?
Does anyone have an idea what this may be?
Thanks, Vicky.

Hi well if as you say she has become very heavy very quickly and I mean within days or a week then there is something going on. i assume that the possibility of her being pregnant is not an issue.

Worms can cause stomachs to swell and become bloated so making sure you have wormed your cat is important.

It is very difficult to say if there could be any other possibility without an examination. If you don't think it is worms then i would recommned a trip to your vets if the weight gain has been dramatic and quick.

Hope all is well
