cat breathing heavily

my cat is running around the house in circles breathin heavy and panting in a dog way. whats wrong with my cat?

Hi there is no way of knowing without a vet seeing her urgently. She may have been poisoned or is in pain. She really does need to see a vet as soon as possible.
