cat fur missing with red dots please help me

my cat is the love of my life. im currently working and in school paying my own way for everything. every night oreo comes on to thr bed with me so i can rub her belly. tonight i noticed that she has a patch of fur missing on basically her arm pit. i noticed there are red dots. i tried to look at it but she wouldnt let me. in addition to the missing fur she has been pooping on my floor and her box is clean. no changes to her enviroment. if anyone has advice please email me as soon as possible cheshirecat7404@yahoo.com thank you -antoinette

Well i am not a vet and so can only give you my opinion on what may be the trouble.
Either she has been bitten under the leg and it has become infected and it has also stressed her out making her not use her litter tray. Or
She has some sort of skin allergy or has mites or has been bitten by an insect etc. This may also be making her feel unwell and could also be the reason for the pooping.
Best advice i'm afraid is that she should see a vet as soon as possible to get it checked out. If money is a problem then perhaps you could see if there are any animal charities near you that can help or perhaps offer your services for a couple of hours at the vets, cleaning or tiding etc it is always worth asking.
