cat hanging head low

my cat is keeping her head very low to the ground the vet said she was having trouble breathing after xrays and two nights stay at the vet and gbp304 lighter! she picked up and has been perfect all week. Now tonight she is back to doing the same laying very low to the ground not eating all all she is swisping her tail from side to side?

So Sorry Linda but this is outside of my expertise. It sounds like a matter for a professional to diagnose and treat. If i were you i would telephone the vet as soon as you can and explain the situation to them. they may want to do more tests to see if they can discover the cause.
i hope she is Ok and better soon
