Cat limping and fur fell off

Hi,

Our cat was outside and he came back home limping. The limp went away after a few days, but now, on the same foot as he was limping, a patch of fur has fallen off and he has what looks like a white pus bubble. Do you know what this is, or if this serious and we should take him to the vet? He seems healthy in all other respects, except that he keeps licking the spot.

You should take your cat to the vet anyway to have his paw looked at properly. he may have something inside it, he may have an infection stating up or he may have had a nasty sting or bite. in any case it may be uncomfortable for your cat and the vet will be able to give him pain killers ig needed or antibiotics if their is an infection.
