Hi I got my cat neutured today and his sister is not happy! She keeps hissing and when she gets near him hits him. Is this going to stop?

yes it will stop, she is probably upset by the strange smells from the vets. It is known as trauma aggression.
Give them a little time and perhaps let them have some time apart to settle down again.
