We adopted Sophie from a animal shelter that we refer to as a "Kitty Prison" a year ago. She had been at this shelter for 6 months and I just happened to notice her as I was walking out the door. I had originally gone to see another cat but felt this cat would not be right for us. Sophie gets along with my 11 year old Hungarian Viszla perfectly. They drink out of the same bowl and are partners in crime when begging for food. Their favorite is cheese. I have attached a picture of Sophie sleeping under the Christmas tree during our first Christmas with us. I am happy that we were able provide a happy home for this little cat.
