My husband found Willy Boy when he was around 5-7 days old, he was wedged in a pile of lumber upside down, my husband carefully removed him and brought him home, he has been with us for a week now and has gained 4 1/2 oz. he's a strong little guy and worth every minute.

Oh my goodness he must have just been put in the Hay just before your husband came along. That was so lucky that he found him so soon.

I wonder what happened to him, either someone put him there, which would be incredibly cruel. Or he slipped down there and got stuck and his mother couldn’t find him or couldn’t get him out. He was so young.

Looks like you are doing a fabulous job at looking after him. I know it can be a full time job when you have a kitten this young, day and night feeds, toileting and eventually weaning, all of this as well as trying to socialise them too, your doing a good thing.

I hope you have many happy years with him.
