Cat pulls food from bowl

Lately my cat has been pulling his food from his bowl using his paw. He then proceeds to eat the food from his paw and the floor. He no longer eats directly from his bowl. Should this be something that I should be worried about?

Hi
no I wouldn't worry. My own cat sometimes pulls the food from her bowl from time to time. It may be that the bowl smells stale or the smell of the washing up liquid you use can still be smelt on it. Try a different bowl or a flatter dish. But it is nothing to really worry about.
