my cat is rolling around makeing noises she is reaching the 1 yar old mark she gets on her side and keeps spinging and putting her behind up

is she spayed? if not then it could be the first signs of going into heat. these are common symptoms of this.

If you are at all worried or want to have her spayed then the vet will be able to advise you further.
