Cat saliva

My cat's saliva is very thick and gooey and often forms long drools hanging from his mouth. All he wants to eat basically is milk. Do you know what is wrong and what I can do for him? He's been like this for a few weeks. Help!!!

Hi
he really does need to see a vet soon. If he is not eating also it is a indication that something in his mouth is hurting him. it may be a rotten tooth or a mouth ulcer. the drooling is a indication that something is also wrong in the mouth.

cats teeth need to be checked regularly and a vet will usually check them on every visit.

Your cat must be feeling very miserable if he is not able to eat and may be in some discomfort too.
i hope he is better soon
best wishes KAte
