Cat started weeing and pooing everywhere

My cat has suddenly Started weeing and pooing everywhere and is constantly licking her bum. She keeps going in her litter tray not doing anything but then doing it all over the house.

It is difficult to say what this could be as there are several possibilities. however i wonder if she has a UTI, see this page for more on this

It may be that she feels unwell due to worms which can cause her to itch etc.

Ideally she needs to see a vet so that she can be properly examined.
