Cat vomiting some blood

My cat has not been eating and throwing up blood. What could be wrong with him? This just started happening yesterday afternoon, he seemed fine yesterday morning.

hi i really don't like the sound of this at all. he may have eaten something bad, poisonous or sharp etc. I would strongly recommend a trip tot he vets as soon as possible. There may even be digestive issues involved too and only a vet will be able to diagnose properly in this case.
