cat with brocken leg

there is this stray cat i was feeding....now he looks like legg is broken and its dragging and there is some white liquid dripping from under his arm it looks like dripping milk....my mom isnt working so she cant take him to the vet....what should i do to help him.

you need to telephone your nearest cat rescue service. This cat is in distress and it sounds like he has possibly broken his leg and may have other injuries which may now have become infected.

This poor cat needs urgent treatment and if you cannot afford to take him to a vets then all you can do is to try and catch this cat keep him in a cage on a comfortable bed. Provide him with some food but not milk and then try and find an organization in your area which can come and look after him.
