cat with sneezing problem

my cat has been sneezing alot in the past 6 months. He always has alot of thick mucus coming out of his nose with every sneeze, what could be going on with him? He seems healthy in every other way.

Umm I wonder if either he has something stuck up their which is causing irritation or he may be suffering from an cat allergy

Your vet is the best person to take a look in case there is something stuck there, perhaps a grass seed.
