MY CAT HAD A STRING TIED AROUND ITS TONGUE. THE VET DIDN'T SEE IT FOR A LONG TIME AND FINALLY DID SURGERY. THE CAT IS RECOVERING, BUT VERY SKINNY. HOW CAN I FATTEN HER UP? CONNIE

don't try and fatten her up just feed her the normal amount of food for a cat her age and size. this way she will gain weight naturally and be able to maintain it easier.
if you try to give her more food than usesual you could cause her to get sick ie too much too soon or to become relient on extra food.
