Cats puking

My cat tends to puke once a month or so and when he pukes he pukes up the full chunks of food. I dont know why he is doing this he always has fresh water.

sounds to me like he may be eating too quickly and gulping his food down without chewing it properly. Some cats do this because they are anxious about food.

My suggestion is to feed him smaller meals but more often. this will stop him eating too much at once and causing sickness.

If however you do see any other signs of ill health it is always advisable to take them to a vet as soon as possible.
