Shadow our cat
Not too difficult to name him, when we rescued him from the shelter. He followed me all over the place for the longest time, had to be careful not to step on him. Big guy was very quiet and gentle, complete opposite of his brother. RIP big fella.

Well at least you didn’t name him Blackie which seems the most common name for a black cat. Shadow is a good name, especially as you say he used to follow you around all the time. I used to have a cat that did that when we first got her home. It was almost as if she didn’t want to let us out of her site, it was so sweet.

Chester Our Cats Name

Chester our cat
We weren't sure what to call our " little tiger', but we got his name from the sweater my wife was wearing at the time. It had a picture of Chester Cheetah on it, so we went with it and it seems to suit him quite well. He's very talkative and lets you know what's on his mind.

What a handsome cat, he reminds me of a cat I once new called Banjo. I have a soft spot for ginger and white cats as my first two cats in my life were this color, my sweet little Ginny and my big boy Tigger. Two very lovely cats.
I think Chester is an excellent name for your cat and i think it suits him so well. It’s a very posh authorative name and from your picture, i can see your cat is a very bold and confident cat, so it suits I think.
I live in the UK and so have not heard of Chester Cheetah, I looked him up on the internet and see he is a cartoon character. A lot of cats I know end up with names from a television character. Bagpuss and Garfield are very popular here in the UK and so I think there must be many cats here with this name and why not. A good name is a good name.
