Constipated kitty - all tests shows he is healthy?

Hello,
My little Catmoses I is 5 and a half months old and a few days ago began showing sighns of constipation. After a visit to the Vet (550 dollars) this was confirmed and he had to clear him because he hasn't gone in about 3 days, but (xrays, aenema, water bloodtests etc.) he was sent home with no medical problems. It has been 2 days since and he is still sore and walking funny and has not gone yet. (he is eating) so I gave him half a teaspoon of olive oil and I want to purchase new food for the little fellow. I would really appreciate some good suggestions that are not out of the wall expensive.
By the way, I have been feeding both my cats the same food and this is the fist time any problem has occured. my other cat is 11 months old and she is doing great?
Thank you for your time and dedication for people just like me who care about our little furry family members and want them to be happy and painfree
Sincerely,
Avi

Make sure the kitten drinks plenty of water and you could try gently massaging his tummy.
Please read my page about cat constipation here http://www.our-happy-cat.com/cat-constipation.html
it has all the information you will need. remeber if the kitten still can;t go after afew more days then you will have to take them back to the vet.
Hope ell works out well
