Dandruff on my cat

My Cat seems to be dropping black and white dandruff everywhere?? Is that exactly what is seems??

well i don't like the sound of black dandruff. this sounds to me more like the fact that he may have either motes or fleas on him. Flea dirts are little black things and so this could be what you are seeing. Also if your cat is allergic to the fleas it could be drying his skin out too causing the normal dandruff.

make sure you have treated for fleas and perhaps give him a bath if possible with special cat shampoo.

If it continues you will need to see the vet to find out what could be causing it.
