my sick cat has not had a bowel movement in over a week. He is being fed through a surenge type instrument but not has eaten much. Can I do anything or is this okay for him. Im guessing it is not okay,

No he needs to see a vet as soon as possible, he could be very sick indeed and the longer he goes without having a bowel movement the sicker he will feel and get. It is always best to get a proper diagnosis as soon as possible for both you and your sick cat.

I do hope your cat feels better soon

best wishes Kate
