dewormed now peeing brown

my cat was dewormed 5 days ago now he is acting very sick and I just notice his pee is brown what should I do. He was fine before the deworming.

Hi i would definitely telephone the vet for advice on this. he may be having a reaction to the particular treatment you gave him or it may be a side affect. the vet is better placed to know if they need treatment o whether it will pass.
