discharge out of cats behind

my cat has a discharge that comes out of his bum that looks like watered down fruit punch it happens about once a week otherwise he is totally fine anyone know why?

Hi Sorry but only a vet will be able to diagnose this issue as an examination will need to be done to determine the issue.
