every time my cat is in heat she deficates everywhere?

My cat is 1 years old female, everytime she goes into heat she pees and poops everywhere. She even peed on me ! She pees and poops in my childs playpen, our bed ALL blankets of any kinds, even in the middle of the floor..
HELP??!

She is scenting.
urine and poop are two main ways cats communicate with each other. She is scenting to attract another cat during heat. She si saying here i am.
the only real solution is to have her spayed, then she will not have to go through this all the time.
