eye and sneezing problem with my cat

My kitty is about 2 1/5 months old, every time he wakes up his eye is semi closed and appears slightly pinker than the other side. He also tends to sneeze every now and then. Is there something wrong?

Hi
well he may be getting a cold or at worse cat flu. However it could equally be an allergy or even eye infection. As you can see there are several things which may have similar symptoms.
