Female Cat still urinating everywhere

Hi there, I have a black female shorthair cat, she is 1 & a half years old, she lives in our house with her twin sister, in January this year 2010, we had them both neuted, that was successful. But regarding the cat in question, she is urinating everywhere & her sister's not. She is urinating on clothes, on the floor, on the sofa, & it is really getting out of hand, as the other cat does not demonstrate such behaviour whatsoever. She is very much an indoor's cat as when she does go out she only stays out 4 a little while, then comes straight back in. Is there anything that we can do, as she is also pooing on our floor every morning even though she has a litter tray, which is emptied out every single day. Please can u advise us on how we can prevent our cat from urinating everywhere. Many thanks. Tony

Hi sounds to me like there is something upsetting your cat for her to display this behavior.

it can be a complicated problem to discover the actual cause and it will take a little investigation and understanding on your part. your cat is simply reacting to something.
