Feral cat not eating after giving birth.

we took in a very young ferral kitten,she has never really grown, we were waiting for her to get stronger, but she has produced 5 kittens, 3 living. Now she wont eat only tiny amounts of fresh meat no milk, her teats dont feel swollen but the kittens are still alive after 3 days, how can we help?

well apart from taking her to the vets to have her checked over (feral cats are vulnerable to disease as they have not had the benefit of vaccinations), all you can do is give her lots of tender loving care and the best quality food to build her up. But if there is an underling illness then not only her but also her kittens are vulnerable.

She may even had some complications during birth (if two have already died then she was weak in the first place), to be honest she does need to see a vet, feral cats can have all sorts of health issues.
