flea stuff

after putting cat stuff on the back of my cats neck they both licked it off and both have now lost their voices and are retching

The spot on flea treatments need to be placed right on the skin right on the back of their necks so that the cats cannot get to it. It does mean having to try and part the fur to make sure that the drops go on the skin.

My cats try to lick it off as the smell of it must get to them a little but they never manage to get any. or if they do it would be very small amounts.

i don't know which flea treatment you used. they re not all the same and not all as effective as each other.

If your cats are still being sick them you will have to call the vets and let them know which treatment you used and whether or not the cats will need any treatment.

hopefully the cats will sick up most of it and as long as they drink plenty they should be fine.
