This is a great funny cat video.

A little kitten who is discovering that it is not always possible to squeeze his head into every space. A valuable lesson and one that i hope he learns quickly before he gets it stuck somewhere.

This kitten is called Felonious Monk.

Although this video is short and sweet, It does rather highlight the dangers around for cats and kittens regarding disregarded items of rubbish.

Thankfully this kitten didn’t get his head caught, if he had and he was not in the safety of his own home with his owner, the result could have been fatal. I don’t even want to think about it.

The trouble is I have seen other cats who have not learned this valuable lesson and who have fallen prey to humans totally lack of respect for the planet and its wild life.

I have heard of cases of cats getting stuck inside old fridges and washing machines. Cats getting their head stuck in old cans and even of one who got trapped inside an old mattress.

Luckily in all these cases the cats were rescued but I’m sure there have been many others who have not. So I urge you, if you are a cat owner and live in a neighbourhood where fly tipping and rubbish is a problem. Pease try to do something to prevent any nasty accidents happening. Contact your local government office and tell them about it.

I also pick up loose litter from outside my door to, well every little helps I find. Let’s make our world a safer cleaner place if not for ourselves but for our cats and wildlife alike. Ok lecture over; go watch some more great cat videos. J
