Geroge got "her" name from Curious and George of the Jungle. She was found at a fast food place, very tiny and very scared. She was found in Oct so I wanted a haunting name, or a witch name...nothing seemed to suit her. We tried calling her several names, none of which even turned her head. One day my husband said, "boy she acts like a George"...I said "that's It". The first time we called her that, she looked right up at us as if to say "did you call me"? Now she knows her name and acutally answers to it.
