HELP!!! Cat got in fight

my cat was in a fight with another animal,and now he has a hole in his head and white,liquid stuff is coming out,what is this and what should i do?

You must get him to a vets as soon as possible. A wound like this needs to be treated before it gets more infected.
If you can't get him to the vets soon, try to clean the wound with a damp tissue to wipe away most of the muck then you will need to keep him in until you can get him to the vets.
