Help me please Im nursing kittens..

I rescued two kittens when the mom was killed,they are 3 weeks and 5 days old.Ive bottle fed them for 24 hours now and they are eating an ounce at a time,but no urination or movements yet.I know to stimulate them but feel I may be doing it wrong and Im starting to get concerned.Will the movement be small or a messy blowout?Do it after they eat?Will it happen every time?need help please

er tricky a question, well it could be either gooey or a big blow out especially if they haven't been for a while.

The process just to clarify is
Use a cotton ball
Moisten the cotton ball with warm water
Gently stroke the anal and genital areas after feeding
Clean bottom after elimination

If you find that they are still not going then I would get them checked by a vet who may have to help them further.
