Help my cat is acting weird

My female cat who is only 1yr old is acting odd shes meowing alot eating alot and shes getting bloated with a lump on her stomache. She's been laying down but with her butt up in the air and she'll like knead with her hind legs. And has been acting like shes in pain!

Hi you did not mention if she is spayed or not. If not then she may be in heat as her symptoms are similar see here for more on this

However if she is not spayed and has got out sometime in the past she could be pregnant and is close to giving birth as again her symptoms could suggest this

If she is spayed then i would suggest a trip to the vets to have the possible lump looked into more closely by a vet.

If she has gotten out and is not spayed, you can easily tell if she is pregnant by checking her nipples. On an unpregnant cat they are very tiny and light colored, about 3 weeks into pregnancy they become a bit enlarged and quite pinkish.
