Help one last kitten in my pregnant cat!

There is one last kitten in my pregnant cat. This is her first litter and she's already had six kittens. The six were born within two hours, but the seventh that's still in her hasn't come out and it's been over five hours. What is wrong and what do I do?

if she is not straining anymore and nothing is happening then i would get her to a vets as soon as you can.

hopefully mother nature will take over and the last kitten will be born a Little later but when it begins to drag on time wise then its time for a vet to intervene.
