I dont know what is wrong with my cat

my cat has a white liquid coming from her butt, it started a while back and I tryed to do research on it but I found none, when it started a while back her stomach would make a weird growling noise, but she always ate her food. Then the growling noise stopped, she hasn't been spayed and she needs to be but I feel that something else is wrong. Her butt always looks like she's in heat but she's not. When I squeeze her butt she meows like it hurts, its usually near the spine by her butt. I dont know what it means and I cant find any research on it. Also when she gets in heat she would just meow a lot before all this happened no liquids came out of her butt. Now white liquid is always coming out of her butt.

I don't understand, have you not taken her to the vets for a checkup?
The only way you will be able to find out what is wrong with her is for a professional to see her. She could be in pain or have a serious illness that may get worse if not treated promptly. I'm sorry i can't advise as it could be anything. Please take her to the vet as soon as possoble.
