I just got my cat fixed and now he is sick

I just got my cat fixed two days ago and today March 29th he is throwing up (its yellow now) all day and he cant pee. He is going into the litter box and he is trying to pee but nothing is coming out. He goes in there about every 15 to 20 mins. He is also going into the litter box to trow up too. He is moving very slow and walking funny. Is he just in pain or is it something else? He is also sleeping in very weird places. He dont want to be touched eather and he is a VERY loving cat. He is 10 mo old and he weighs in at 8lb 7oz. Please help.

Hi, you must takle him back to the vets as soon as possible. Something may have gone wrong during the operation which has harmed his ability to urinate. he is probably in pain, so the sooner you can take him ther better.
