I think my cat has been in a fight

what sort of internal injury may my cat have if she has been in a fight and when i hold her stomach she cry's? She occasionally starts gagging and is very weak and will not eat. Any ideas?

unfortunately it is difficult to say. She may have fallen or twisted awkwardly during the fight which may have caused and internal injury.

If she got badly scratched she may be suffering from an infection which may be upsetting her tummy etc.

To be honest with you it is impossible to try and guess and your best option i'm afraid is to take her to see a vet. If she does have internal injuries then the sooner she is treated the better.
