My Mein Coon Cat has IBS we have him on a special diet, but he keeps stealing, my Siamese/Linx Cat's food which is Hills M/D for

diabete diet.I allmost lost her and have to feed her four times a day + two insulin shots a day. My questain is, will her food hurt him?
AS you can see by the picture I up loaded she is doing great, but I am afraid if he keeps eating her food he might get sick.
I have tried closing doors, but some how he opens them...

Hi no I dont think the food contains anything which would hurt your other cat it is probably just balanced so as to be of optimal nutrition for your diabetic cat.

However you may have to start to be a little more vigilant and make sure that he does not eat too much of the food as it could upset his own condition by simply overloading he system with food. Difficult i know but can be done, you may have to start removing any uneaten food from the floor in future.

best wishes kate
