Hi
sounds to me like this kitten may be the runt of the litter. It is not unusual for a mother cat to try and remove sick or weak kittens from the litter.

If he keeps sticking his tongue out then it may be an indication that something is wrong with him. Your best option is to take this little guy to your vets for an assessment. At 2 weeks old he needs his mothers care and milk etc and if she is not willing to give it then you will have to take over and this can be quite hard and time consuming. See this page for more on this

Having him checked by a vet will give you a better idea of any problems you may have to deal with if he is not as strong as the other kittens.

Wishing you all the best in looking after your new litter

Kate
