Is my cat eating to much?

Lately my cat has been drinking a lot of water and he is always hungry. should i be concerned with this behavior. He fed about 2 cans of at food a day and he has his dry food to pick at but he still never seems satisfied.

Yes I would be concerned. this sort of behavior can be an indication of a illness to do either with their thyroid or heart or is also a sign of diabetes.

however If i had to make a guess i would say it is most likely to do with the Thyroid as i had a cat with this condition too.

It is treatable but you must get them to a vet as soon as possible.
