is my cat sick she may have an eye infection

Hi, My cat is only a few months old and i am sure she has an eye infection which i am putting a warm rag on it daily and it is getting better but i know i need to get her medicane, but she is also very skinny and she cries loud and long when you hold her...I also noticed today while holding her that she was shaking..She is a great cat and we adopted her from a shelter they said she was de wormed and i also bought the over the counter de worming stuff so i don't think she has worms..Please help!!!!

The simple answer is YOU MUST TAKE HER TO THE VET. She sounds very sick and the sooner you can get her seen the sooner she can be treated for whatever it is that is making her ill. There are too many things that could be wrong to try and second-guess the problem.

Taking her to the vet will stop her suffering and also help stop you from worrying. It really is the best and only thing to do.
