Jasmine or Jazzy came to live me two years ago when my father suffered a mild stroke and broke his hip which landed him in a nursing home. She was one of eight kittens born of three mothers living in the wilds of Grand Mesa in Western Colorado. (My dad lived like a hermit in a small trailer.)

She quickly asserted herself and chose me as her "person" and is one of my "Quilting Cats". One of her favorite places for sleeping is any quilt on my quilting machine frame.
