kitten in distress

I have a kitten that is 4 mths old and she has been walking around all day meowing acting like her tummy hurts. This morning she had some blood on her rectun are having a bowel movement. She still is eating and drinking but has been asleep most of the day and when she's awake she's constintly meowing. What could be wrong and what can I do at home to make her fell better?

Hi well t is impossible to say for sure what the problem is bu t may be constipation. Please see ths page for more on this

However if these symptoms continue for more than a few days or if she is still in some pain then I would definitely suggest taking her to see a vet in case there are other complications going on which could need urgent treatment.
