Kitten is walking funny

My 10 month old kitten/teenage cat is walking funny... kind of squatting on her hind legs while she walks. And she also is whining/crying alot (something very unusual for her)...I am not sure what the problem is. Please help!

have you had her spayed yet? I ask as it could be a sign of her being in heat.

The other possibility is that she has some discomfort in that area which could be caused by worms

Or fleas

If she is not spayed then now would be a good time, also make sure she hs been wormed and that she is free from fleas.
