kitten not moving or eating much

My 6 1/2 month old kitten has not grown much since I got her from my friend (she was a wild kitten who’s mom didn't come back) because she is so small my dog thought she was a toy so when we were gone my dog took her head and shook her, she had a soar on her head, its been a week and now when we feed her it just comes out her nose, we don't have enough money to take her to the vet, what do we do.

It sounds like your kitten could be very sick. There is nothing you can do apart from finding a way to take her to the vets or an animal charity who could pay for her treatment. The kitten could be suffering, so please try to find a way to get them seen my a vet.
